One-off tune-up or a monthly plan?
The tune-up brings the site up to date today. Updates keep coming every week, so if the site earns money, a care plan keeps it that way: Care $120/month, Business $200 for WooCommerce and lead-gen sites, Studio $280 for custom sites. Three-month minimum, then cancel at any renewal.
What if an update breaks something?
A backup is taken before every update, so we can roll back. On care plans, updates are tested on a clone first.
Do you test my checkout?
Add WooCommerce checks (+$25): we place a real test order through your checkout. The Business plan does it every week.
Do I get a report?
Yes, a short report of what changed. For a fuller written health report in plain English, add +$20.
What access do you need from me?
Admin access to your site, and to your hosting when the job needs it. Never send a password by email: we send you a secure way to share it, and we remove our access once the job is done.
