- You approve, then it goes live. Once the job is done, we remove our access. Fixed or refunded.

Can you restore a site that is already down?
Yes, as long as a backup exists somewhere: from your host, a backup plugin or a copy you kept. If we genuinely cannot restore it, you are refunded — fixed or refunded.
Can the backup go to my own Google Drive, S3 or Dropbox?
Yes. Add “Copy to your own storage” (+$40): the copy lands in your account and you keep the keys.
Can you set up automatic backups?
Yes. Automatic nightly backups (+$60) are set up on your host and left running. To have them checked every week, see the care plans.
Can you restore my backup onto a new host?
Yes. Add “Restore onto a new host” (+$50), for when the restore is really a move.
What access do you need from me?
Admin access to your site, and to your hosting when the job needs it. Never send a password by email: we send you a secure way to share it, and we remove our access once the job is done.
