Growtoria sells digital products and remote services only. Nothing is shipped by post, so there are no shipping costs.

1. Digital products: instant delivery

• As soon as your payment is confirmed (usually within seconds), your order is fulfilled automatically.
• Your download links appear on the order confirmation page, in your confirmation email and in your account (My Account › Downloads).
• Links do not expire, except for a few products with a download limit, which is then shown next to the link.
• Delivery is available worldwide, with no extra cost.

2. Services

• WordPress services start after payment, within the timing shown on each service page (faster options are available on some services).
• We contact you by email to collect the information and access we need. We never ask for passwords by email.

3. Did not receive your files?

• Check your spam or promotions folder for the email from Growtoria.
• Sign in to My Account › Downloads.
• Still nothing? Email [email protected] with your order number: we send your files again, usually within a few hours on business days.
