Do I need a paid Notion plan?▾
No. The Daily Founder Brief works on Notion’s free tier. Paid Notion is only relevant if you have guests above the free limit, which is rare for solo founders.
Does this work with Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini?▾
All three. The 10 prompts are model-agnostic. For the daily briefing, Claude tends to be the most concise; ChatGPT is great for the end-of-day reconciliation; Gemini works for the energy-aware prompts. Whatever you already pay for is fine.
Can I use this without Founder OS?▾
Yes. The Brief is fully standalone. If you already run Founder OS, it slots in as the daily entry point and the Tasks DB integration becomes seamless. If you don’t, the Brief works on its own template.
What if I miss a day?▾
Skip it. The system is built to survive irregular use. The end-of-day reconciliation prompt has a “catch-up” mode that reads the last 3-5 days when you’ve fallen off and seeds tomorrow’s priorities anyway.
How is this different from free morning routine templates?▾
Free templates give you a structure. The Brief gives you a structure plus the AI prompts plus the calibration sheet plus the failure-mode playbook. The whole thing is built around the assumption that you will skip days, that energy will collapse mid-week, and that the ritual has to survive your imperfection. Most templates assume you will not.
