Free WooCommerce Payment Checker — PayPal & Stripe Not Working?

Is PayPal or Stripe not working on your WooCommerce checkout — or are customers saying there are no payment methods? Run a free, instant payment check below — no login, nothing to install. We check your SSL, your checkout page and which payment gateways are actually loading, from the outside, then show you what’s likely blocking payments.

Free WooCommerce payment checker

Enter your store URL — we check SSL, checkout and which payment gateways are loading. No login, nothing installed.

We only fetch public pages of the store you enter. We never touch your admin, keys or ask for a password.

What this free payment checker checks

  • Valid SSL — payment gateways refuse to run without a valid HTTPS certificate. A broken padlock means declined cards.
  • HTTPS enforced — a store served over http:// cannot securely process payments.
  • Checkout page loads — the single most expensive page to have broken.
  • Payment gateways detected — we look for Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and more actually loading on the store.
  • No mixed content at checkout — insecure http:// resources commonly block Stripe/PayPal scripts and break the pay button.

Why is PayPal or Stripe not working on WooCommerce?

If payments are failing or a gateway has vanished from checkout, it’s usually one of these — and each is fixable:

  • No payment methods showing at checkout — the gateway is disabled, in test mode, or restricted by country or currency.
  • PayPal or Stripe button does nothing — a plugin conflict or a JavaScript error is blocking it.
  • Mixed content warning — an insecure http:// resource is stopping the secure payment script from loading.
  • SSL certificate expired or invalid — gateways refuse to run and cards get declined.
  • Payment goes through but the order isn’t created — usually a broken webhook or IPN between the gateway and WooCommerce.

A broken checkout takes zero payments, so this is worth fixing today. Most of these come down to SSL, a plugin conflict, test mode left on, or a webhook — the kind of thing our WordPress Bug Fix service finds and fixes, tested on a staging copy with a backup taken first. FAQ

Is this WooCommerce payment checker really free?

Yes — completely free, no sign-up. Enter your store URL and get an instant report. We only fetch public pages of the store you enter; we never touch your admin, your payment keys, or ask for a password.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The check runs from the outside, the way a customer’s browser reaches your checkout — so it reflects what real shoppers experience.

My checkout says “no payment methods available” — can you fix it?

Yes. That’s usually a gateway that’s disabled, in test mode, or restricted by country or currency. Our WordPress Bug Fix finds the real cause and fixes it, tested first — fixed or refunded. You can also message us on WhatsApp for a quick diagnosis and quote.

Can you tell if payments work just from the outside?

We can confirm SSL, that the checkout loads, that a gateway is present and that nothing is blocking its scripts — the most common causes of failed payments. Gateway settings like test mode or currency rules need a login to confirm, and we’ll check those for you if the outside test comes back clean.
