Price for profit

Pricing Calculator App

An offline pricing calculator that factors materials, labor, overhead, shipping and fees into the exact price you should charge — exports a PDF.

How to find your break-even point

This free break-even calculator tells you exactly how many units you need to sell — and how much revenue that is — before your business starts making a profit. Enter your fixed costs, your price per unit and your variable cost per unit.

What is contribution margin?

Your contribution margin is the price of one unit minus the variable cost of making it — the amount each sale “contributes” toward covering your fixed costs. Divide your fixed costs by the contribution margin and you get your break-even units.

Why break-even matters before you launch

Knowing your break-even point tells you whether your pricing is even viable. If you’d need to sell an impossible number of units, your price is too low or your costs are too high — better to find out now than after launch.

Set a price that actually profits

Break-even is the floor, not the goal. The Pricing Calculator App builds in your target margin, and the Profit & Loss Statement tracks the real numbers.
