Terms & Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made on growtoria.com. Please read them before you order: by ticking the box at checkout, you confirm that you accept them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the rights that the law of your country gives you.

2. Scope of these Terms
- These Terms apply to consumers and to business customers. Some sections only apply to consumers and say so.
- The version that applies to your order is the one shown on the website when you order. A link to these Terms is included in your order confirmation email.
- Contracts are concluded in English. A French translation of these Terms is available on request by email.
- We keep an electronic record of your order and of these Terms for 10 years. You can ask us for a copy at any time.
3. Products, services and technical requirements
Each product page describes what you get, the file format and what you need to use it. In general:
- Spreadsheets and calculators: Google Sheets (free Google account, recent browser) and/or Microsoft Excel 2016 or later / Microsoft 365. Some advanced features may only work in one of them; the product page says so.
- Browser apps: a single file that opens in a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on computer or mobile. They work offline and store your data on your own device.
- Notion templates: a Notion account (the free plan is enough unless stated otherwise).
- Ebooks and guides: a PDF reader. Prompt packs: any AI chat tool you choose (not included).
- Our files have no technical protection measures (no DRM).
- Services: each service page describes the work included, the options and the expected timing.
Product images and examples are illustrations; the figures you see in examples are sample data.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price you see is the total price: there are no shipping costs or hidden fees. Your bank or card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee.
- Outside the United Kingdom, no VAT is added (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
- Customers in the United Kingdom: product prices include an extra 20% to cover UK VAT (our UK VAT registration is in progress). The higher price is shown on the product pages and at checkout before you pay; nothing is added afterwards. Your location is determined from the billing country you choose and your connection.
- You pay when you place your order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (processed by Stripe), by PayPal, or by Revolut Pay / card (processed by Revolut). We never see or store your full card number.
- Discount codes apply only under the conditions stated with them and cannot be combined unless stated.
5. How ordering works
- Add products to your cart (or choose a service and its options).
- At checkout, enter your details and choose a payment method. You can review and correct your order (products, options, total price and email address) at every step until you pay.
- Tick the box to accept these Terms and, for downloads or services, the box about the withdrawal period (see section 7).
- Click the payment button (“Pay now”): this order involves an obligation to pay.
- You see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email. The contract is formed when we send that confirmation email.
6. Delivery and access
- Digital products are delivered immediately after payment: download links appear on the confirmation page, in the confirmation email and in your account (My Account › Downloads). Links do not expire, except for a few products with a download limit, which is then shown next to the link.
- Services start after payment, within the timing shown on the service page, once we have the information we need from you. We never ask for passwords by email.
- If you cannot access your purchase, write to [email protected] and we will fix it quickly.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days of the contract, without giving a reason. The full information and the model form are on our Right of Withdrawal page.
7.1 Digital products (downloads)
Because our files are delivered immediately, we ask you at checkout to tick this box:
“I want immediate access to my files. I expressly agree that delivery starts now, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that I therefore lose my statutory right of withdrawal. This does not affect the Growtoria 14-day money-back guarantee.”
If you tick it, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the files are made available to you (article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code; regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). We confirm your agreement in your order confirmation email. Our separate 14-day money-back guarantee still applies.
7.2 Services
If you want us to start working during the 14-day period, we ask you to tick this box:
“I ask Growtoria to start the work now, during the 14-day withdrawal period. I understand that if I withdraw before the work is finished I will pay for the work already done, and that I lose my right of withdrawal once the work is fully completed.”
If you then withdraw before the work is finished, you pay an amount proportionate to the work done until you told us you were withdrawing. Once the work is fully completed, you can no longer withdraw.
7.3 How to withdraw
- Online, with our withdrawal function: Withdraw from contract here. We email you an acknowledgement with its content and the date and time it was sent;
- or by email to [email protected] (you may use the model form, but you do not have to).
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you used, at no cost to you.
8. Legal guarantees
Our products and services come with the legal guarantees of your country. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is in addition to these rights; it never replaces them.
8.1 France and the European Union
Legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services (France / EU)
The consumer has two years from the supply of the digital content or digital service to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During one year from the date of supply, the consumer only needs to establish the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity includes the obligation to supply all updates necessary to keep the digital content or digital service in conformity.
The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the digital content or digital service brought into conformity without undue delay following the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience.
The consumer may obtain a price reduction while keeping the digital content or digital service, or may end the contract and obtain a full refund in exchange for giving up the digital content or digital service, if:
1° the trader refuses to bring the digital content or digital service into conformity;
2° bringing it into conformity is unjustifiably delayed;
3° it cannot be brought into conformity without costs imposed on the consumer;
4° bringing it into conformity causes major inconvenience to the consumer;
5° the lack of conformity persists despite the trader’s unsuccessful attempt to bring it into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or to end the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination. The consumer is then not required to request conformity first.
Where the lack of conformity is minor, the consumer is entitled to cancel the contract only if the contract does not provide for payment of a price.
Any period during which the digital content or digital service is unavailable while it is being brought into conformity suspends the remaining guarantee period until the conforming digital content or digital service is supplied again.
These rights result from articles L. 224-25-1 to L. 224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code.
A trader who in bad faith obstructs the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity faces a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (article L. 242-18-1 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from the discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the digital content or digital service is kept, or to a full refund in exchange for giving it up.
8.2 United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you legal rights: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
8.3 Australia
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
8.4 Other countries
If you are a consumer in the United States, Canada or anywhere else, you keep every right that the law of your place of residence gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract.
9. Our 14-day money-back guarantee (commercial guarantee)
- What: if a digital product does not help you, we refund the full price you paid. You keep the files.
- When: within 14 days of your purchase.
- How: email [email protected] with your order number, or use our online form. No reason is required.
- Refund: issued within 2 business days, to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.
- Services: “Fixed or refunded” — if we cannot fix the problem described in your order, we refund you in full.
This guarantee is offered by Growtoria in addition to your legal rights (section 8). Full details: Refund Policy.
10. Licence to use our products
- When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or within your own business or organisation.
- You may edit and customise the files for your own use, and use the documents you create with them (invoices, quotes, plans, reports) freely, including commercially.
- You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense or redistribute the product files (edited or not), or use them to build a competing product.
- Growtoria keeps all intellectual property rights in the products.
11. WordPress services
- We carry out each service with reasonable care and skill, following good professional practice (obligation of means). We take a backup before working on a live site.
- You confirm that you are allowed to give us access to the site, and you provide the access and information we need. You remain responsible for your site content, licences and hosting account.
- Work outside the scope described on the service page needs a new quote.
- We do not promise specific results such as search rankings, traffic or sales.
12. Care plans (subscriptions)
- Care plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- Plans have a minimum term of three months, shown before you subscribe. After that, you can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month already paid.
- To cancel, use our online form — Cancel subscription here — or email [email protected]. We confirm the cancellation by email.
13. No professional advice
Our calculators, spreadsheets, templates and guides are practical tools. Their results depend on the information you enter and are estimates. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. For decisions with legal or financial consequences, check your situation with a qualified professional. This does not reduce our obligation to deliver products that work as described.
14. Liability
- We are responsible for the foreseeable loss you suffer because we did not meet these Terms or our legal obligations.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data that you could have avoided by keeping your own backups, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
- These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including your rights under the French Consumer Code, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Australian Consumer Law).
- Customers in the United States: to the extent permitted by the law of your state, and except for our money-back guarantee, the products are provided “as is”. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Reviews
You are free to publish an honest review of any product or service, positive or negative. We never pay for reviews, never reward positive reviews and never publish fake reviews.
16. Personal data
We process your personal data to handle your order, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
17. Complaints and disputes
- If something goes wrong, contact us first at [email protected]: most problems are solved within a few days.
- The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was closed on 20 July 2025, so we do not link to it.
- If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence where the law allows it.
18. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence (article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, “Rome I”). For business customers, the courts of Bordeaux (France) have jurisdiction. There is no compulsory arbitration.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes only apply to orders placed after the new version is published; your order stays governed by the version you accepted.
