Delivery Policy

At Growtoria, we sell digital products only. There is no physical shipping involved — every order is delivered electronically the moment your payment is confirmed. This page explains exactly how, when, and where you receive what you purchased.
Instant Digital Delivery
As soon as your Stripe payment is authorized (usually within a few seconds), your order is fulfilled automatically. Two things happen in parallel:
- An order confirmation email is sent to the address you provided at checkout. It includes your receipt, a direct download link or product access link, and your customer-dashboard credentials if it is your first purchase.
- Your customer dashboard at growtoria.com/my-account/ is updated so you can re-access every product you have purchased, at any time, from any device.
You do not have to wait for anyone to ship anything. The vast majority of customers receive working access within 60 seconds of completing checkout.
What You Receive
The exact deliverable depends on the product, but it always falls into one of these categories:
- Notion templates and workspaces — a duplication link that copies the template into your own Notion account in a single click.
- PDF guides, ebooks, and worksheets — a direct download link inside the order email and in your dashboard.
- Prompt packs, swipe files, and AI-ready assets — delivered as PDF or Notion documents.
- Bundles — every product in the bundle is delivered using the appropriate method above, listed individually in your dashboard.
Every product is licensed for personal use by a single user unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. Please see our Terms of Service for the full license grant.

In rare cases an email may be delayed by your inbox provider (filtered into Promotions, Updates, or Spam). If you do not see the order confirmation within 10 minutes, please check those folders first.
Worldwide Availability
Growtoria products are sold and delivered worldwide. There are no shipping zones, no delivery fees, and no customs charges, because nothing ships physically. Wherever you are — United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union, or anywhere else — your delivery experience is identical.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and processed by Stripe. Your card issuer applies any currency conversion automatically; we never add a foreign-exchange markup.
What If My Delivery Fails?
If 10 minutes have passed and you still have not received your order email or cannot access your purchase in the dashboard, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:
- The email address used at checkout
- The product name
- Your Stripe receipt or order number, if available
Our team responds within 24 to 48 hours (typically much faster on weekdays, 9 AM – 6 PM CET). We will re-send your download link or restore dashboard access immediately.
Your Customer Dashboard
Every Growtoria customer can log in at any time at growtoria.com/my-account/ to:
- Re-download any product they have purchased
- View past orders and Stripe receipts
- Update account email or password
- Request a refund (see Refund Policy)
There is no expiration on your access. Once you purchase a product, you keep lifetime access — including any future minor updates we publish for that product.
Receipts and Invoicing
Every payment is processed by Stripe, our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Stripe issues an itemized receipt by email at the moment of payment, separately from our own order confirmation. We never see or store your card details.
If you need a VAT-style invoice for accounting purposes, simply reply to your order confirmation email and we will generate one. As a French micro-enterprise operating under “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI,” no VAT is charged on our invoices.
No Physical Shipping
We do not ship any physical product. This includes printed books, planners, USB drives, and physical certificates. Anything described on growtoria.com is a digital asset accessible through your dashboard or an emailed download link.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our process or in applicable laws. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page is always current. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers.
